kt333 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a kt333 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register one (1) kt333 Account only. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kt333 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.

kt333 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment accounts used for transactions must be registered in the same name as your kt333 Account. kt333 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a standard identity verification review. kt333 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts on all supported MFS channels, though actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• kt333 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your MFS provider may apply its own transaction fees.

• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be reported to appropriate authorities and the funds will be frozen pending investigation.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your Account, you are obligated to notify kt333 immediately. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited amount will be considered void.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kt333 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms prevail.

General conditions that apply to all kt333 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-related winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account.
• kt333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk betting strategies, or stake manipulation — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are completed.

7 Game Rules & Betting

kt333 offers a range of casino games and sports betting markets supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real BDT.

All game outcomes on kt333 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. kt333 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no financial interest in the outcome of any individual game round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kt333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one kt333 Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information usage, or coordination with sports participants to influence betting outcomes.
• Using the kt333 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing kt333 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kt333 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that damages, disrupts, or places an unreasonable load on kt333's infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kt333 Platform — including but not limited to the kt333 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of kt333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kt333 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kt333 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kt333 software or content.
• Use the kt333 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by kt333.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the kt333 Platform by any automated means.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by kt333 and its licensors.

10 Privacy & Data

kt333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on kt333 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

kt333's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kt333 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• kt333 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• kt333 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches, though we take all reasonable measures to ensure availability and security.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. kt333 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

kt333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• At the Player's own written request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory requirement, or court direction.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant and may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the registered email address.

Upon closure of your Account, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
